Thank you for stopping by Balsam bath and body shop!
All soap and body products are made with the utmost care in each and every batch to assure the finest quality.

The oils routinely used in my cold processed soaps (approx. 4.5+ oz.or 128+ grams each) may include olive, rice bran, babassu, castor, coconut, palm, soybean and sometimes shea and cocoa butters. I use as many certified organic products as possible.
If you are concerned about allergies or just my ingredients in general, please don't hesitate to ask! I can give full and exact ingredient lists for any product.

Payment

I accept Paypal and money orders.

All buyers are allowed 48 hours maximum to send payment, after which if no payment is received, the transaction will be cancelled.
If you pay by e-check, please know that I wait until it has cleared to ship your order.

Shipping

In most cases, your order will ship out the same day or first thing the next morning if the mail has already gone out. =)

It is difficult to manage Paypal with the Etsy shopping cart, so bear with me.
for US customers:
$1 - $5.50 = $2 shipping
$5.51 - $15 = $3.25 shipping
$15.01 - $40 = $5.00 shipping
$40.01 and up = $5.95 shipping


Canadian customers:
$1 - $9.50 = $2.50 shipping
$9.51 - $15 = $4.50 shipping
$15.01 - $29 = $6.50 shipping
$29.01 - $40 = $7.50 shipping
$40.01 and up = $8.50 shipping
$27.01 - up = $10 shipping

International customers are welcome!

Refunds and Exchanges

As for the nature of my product is consumable, I cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the mistake lies with me.
