If you have any questions or ideas for us, or just want to talk about the latest episode of South Park, please send us a Conversation or an Email at shopkeeper [!at] below14th.com and we'll get back to you within a few hours.

Payment

You can pay us with PayPal or by sending us a check or a money order. Our PayPal ID is shopkeeper [!at] below14th.com.

You do NOT need to have a PayPal account to pay through PayPal, just a credit card or a debit card with a credit logo. PayPal is secure and you do NOT share any financial information with us. We do NOT have access to any information other than your name, address and Email address.

Shipping

Please keep in mind that some pieces are made to order and therefore, it can take a couple of weeks between payment and shipment date. If you need your order by a certain date, PLEASE send us a Conversation or add a Message to Seller at checkout.

We ship all domestic orders with First Class plus delivery confirmation, which takes about 3 days. If you would like delivery confirmation, please request it in the Message to Seller at checkout. Our shipping fee includes packaging and handling.

International orders are shipped with First Class International, which can take up to 2 weeks OR LONGER and we apologize for the absurd delivery time but anything other than First Class is unreasonably expensive (over $20!)

If you live outside the US and need an order delivered fast, please let us know and we'll figure out a solution together.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you want to return something, please do it within 2 days of receipt and we will reimburse you entire amount you paid initially (piece and shipping).

It's never happened before, but if something arrives broken, please send it back within 2 days and we’ll send you the same order again at no additional charge to you.

WE GUARANTEE OUR WORK. Should anything happen to your piece, please contact us via Conversation or Email and we will replace it or repair it.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW SHOULD I CLEAN MY JEWELRY?
For pieces without patina or oxidation, we recommend that you use a brass wire brush (they're about $1.5 at any hardware store.) Brass wire will not scratch the metal. Just use a little bit of dishwashing liquid and warm water and brush your piece until it's sparkly again.

We care a lot about your experience with our shop and we're not just saying that. We will communicate with you and keep in touch from the moment you place an order until YOU are happy with your order.

If anything at all is of concern to you, please don't keep it to yourself. If we overlooked something, made a mistake or didn't meet your expectation in some way, please be assured that it is not because your order wasn't very important to us. Please contact us and we'll make adjustments for you.
