Payment

I accept RME, Paypal, checks and money orders.
*RME: Choose "other" upon checkout for RME. Include your email address on account for RME and I will send you an invoice. Your items will not be made/shipped until you have completed payment through RME. I will have a follow up conversation with you to confirm payment.

*PAYPAL: You do not have to have an account with Paypal to use it; you may simply enter your financial information from a credit card or checking account (if available) and send me payment that way. If you choose to pay with paypal then I will work on your order after I have received confirmation that you paid. Please pay with Paypal within 3 days from placing your order.

*MONEY ORDER/PERSONAL CHECK: You may also mail in a personal check or money order. Please contact me after placing your order for the address to mail in your payment to. Depending on where you live, you may have up to 1 week to get your payment to me by mail - if I have not received payment after 7 days, your order will be cancelled. After I have received your check or money order, I will wait 1 day for the payment to clear before mailing your goodies.

Shipping

Usually I require 3 days to create and ship. Depending on what time you place your order, I may be able to ship that same day. Pre-made items will ship within 1 day of purchase, unless I'm on vacation, in which case it will say so in my shop announcement.

I only ship by United States Postal Service; I tend to take the cheapest option, usually 2-3 day delivery (United States) or 5-7 days (Canada). If you need overnight delivery, you must send me a conversation to arrange the details - overnight charges start at $16. Refunds for shipping costs are available.

I wrap using newspaper and recycled packing peanuts - please pass these on to someone who can use them or recycle them.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds: I have a return policy for NEW products only - if you cancel after I have made your item(s), I will refund your cost minus a 35% restocking fee per item. If I have shipped your item(s), and you are dissatisfied for any reason, you must contact me within 4 days to discuss the problem. If a return is eligible, you must pay to ship the item back to me, then I will refund the original shipping amount and the item price minus the 35% restocking fee per item. Pre-Made items are not elibile for refunds.

*Shipping Cost Refunds: If the price YOU pay for shipping is greater than the actual price I pay to have your package shipped, I will refund the difference minus the cost of packing.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom Orders are welcome!! I have experience with big orders for wedding favors, baby showers, kids' birthday parties and anniversary parties. I offer bulk pricing for any item in a quantity of 5-100+. All I ask for is a minimum of 2 weeks preparation for large orders (quantity 15+). Convo me your ideas - I look forward to working with you.

*Fundraisers: Do you want your company/organization to make money without having to do the work? I can help! You pick the items you want me to sell, we both advertise, I set up the table, I sell the products, and you make money! Isn't that great? Please call me at (510) 467-4282 to set up all the details. I can travel around California easily for most events.

**I order my paraffin wax from a supplier in California in which I have a good relationship with, so I know I am getting only the best, most pure wax. The deal on burning candles that create smoke is this: if the candle maker does not use the correct size wick for the candle's width, it creates smoke because the wick is too small. I burn my candles at home first before selling them to others. I do not use any chemicals to make them burn longer or look "perfect". In making my candles, I always use the correct size wick.**
