Each listing has a description, measurements, and important info about the item you are purchasing. Also, please ask questions BEFORE you purchase an item, I will be more than happy to answer any questions. Thanks = )

***VERY IMPORTANT-PLEASE NOTE-I usually make a few of each style on all my bags, so pattern layout might be a little different. This is stated in each listing, so if you have questions, please send me a convo.

***CUSTOM ORDERS/DESIGN YOUR OWN
Please allow the production time (stated in each listing) for any Custom or Design Your Own items. If you want to check the status on an order, please send me a convo and I will be more than happy to give you an update.

Payment

I only accept Paypal payments at this time. Please send me a convo if you need help and instructions on setting up a Paypal account.

**SALES TAX (WASHINGTON RESIDENCE)
8.25% sales tax will automatically be added to the order through PayPal

Shipping

If this item is to be shipped to international all rates will apply. All international orders must be pre approved in advance before you purchase. It is very expense so you need to know the cost upfront. All international will carry insurance.
I ship orders out twice a week. If you need something faster, please send me a convo and I will try my best to accommodate you.

VERY IMPORTANT - If your Etsy and Paypal address are different, please clarify which address you want your package mailed to. If you don't specify, I will mail to your Etsy address. I can not be held responsible if the package goes to the wrong address.

Your purchase will arrive neatly packaged in plastic and either a bubble envelope or cardboard box with appropriate packing materials.

Items are sent through USPS and usually arrive in a couple of days after mailing in the united states (**This does not include weekends or holidays).

If you would like to purchase insurance on your item contact me and I can send you a adjusted invoice (I can not be held responsible for lost items).

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with the item you purchased, please contact me so we can resolve it before you leave feedback. I do want my customers to be happy and I will work with you to make your transaction a good one = )

RETURN/EXCHANGES
If you are not happy with your purchase, I will accept returns/exchanges. Please contact me immediately. I will accept a return within 7 days (item must be postmark within 7 days of delivery) . Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Item must arrive in the same condition in which it was shipped (or I can not accept the return). Also, VERY IMPORTANT you must get Delivery Confirmation for the package (so we can both track that it arrives back to me), I can not be held responsible for any lost packages. I will then offer a money refund for the item (minus the shipping charge) or an exchange.

I can not accept a return/exchange on any Custom or Design Your Own items (unless something is incorrect on the order, then I will fix it right away). All Custom or Design Your Own item sales are final.
