Welcome to Mama Art. I am all about custom made items and special orders for mothers and children. If you have something special you would like to have custom made, but it's not in the shop, please send a message to me and I'll see what I can do.

Payment

At this time we only accept PayPal as a payment method. Thanks for understanding! Payment must be made within 48 hours of a purchase. Please contact me if there is some reason you cannot pay within that time period, otherwise your sale will be canceled.

Shipping

We ship USPS or FedEx (as we see fit), and will gladly upgrade any order to rush shipping for an additional fee. We do use delivery conformation, and will insure items over $125 or as otherwise requested.
Custom carriers generally ship about two weeks after order, or two weeks after a custom fabric arrives.

Refunds and Exchanges

Custom items are not eligible for return. At the time of completion if you are not happy with the product, you are released from the contract and do not have to pay the remainder of the purchase price. No refund will be given on the down payment, and no refund will be issued for a product that has already been shipped.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All of our items are tested and I would trust my own child with them. Nevertheless, when using any item around children YOU take full responsibility for their safety. Please use caution and common sense, check the wear on items frequently, and never leave a child alone with potentially dangerous items.
Baby carriers do take some practice to get the hang of, and *must* be used properly.
If you ever need trouble shooting help with your carrier, I will be glad to do what I can.
