Please allow up to one week for custom made\made to order requests

Payment

TiamatDesign welcomes paypal payment only.
It's fast, easy and available both to those who are not paypal members

Shipping

All TiamatDesign's items will be shipped via register Israel post shipping services worldwide.
Upon shipment,tracking number and web link (if available) will be supplied for you to track the item you are so waiting for.
Please allow up to 18 working days for the item to arrive to most places around the globe.
Please convo me for whenever item was not received

Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact me whenever you are not happy with TiamatDresign's item.
I offer a full refund policie, however item must be shipped back and received by TiamatDesign before we submit the refund.
Note: shipping fees will not be refunded !
I will not refund members that will leave negative feedback without talking to me first.

All my screen printed design are Original and are hand-printed by Me without the use of machines, so slight imperfections and color variations may exist!!!

I will not hold responsibility for the tax and custom fees in your home country and therefore won't refund that part of your cost. Please check these things before you choose the item
