I am an amateur digital photographer and crocheter. I believe in creating affordable pieces of art for your home.

Please note: photographs are printed only when they are ordered, there may be a 24-48 hour turn-around time before shipment.

Payment

I only take Paypal. Payment must be received within 24 hours of purchase or the sale will be canceled. Any duties or taxes incurred when shipping an item outside of the United States will be paid by the buyer.

Shipping

I will ship US Postal Service First Class mail or Parcel Post depending on current shipping costs. Items shipping to destinations within the United States can be upgraded to Priority Mail. Please indicate in the order notes that you would like upgraded shipping, and I will send you an invoice. Payment must be received within 24 hours of invoice receipt. Please be aware of your country's shipping regulations when ordering anything from my store. I use Delivery Confirmation on all shipments sent to US addresses.

Refunds and Exchanges

If the item is damaged, please return the item (you will be compensated for shipping costs) and I will either replace it or issue a refund, your choice. If the item is one of a kind, a refund will be issued.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it and a refund will be issued upon receipt of the item. Return shipping costs on undamaged items are the responsibility of the buyer.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Photographs are packaged in stiff cardboard mailers. Crocheted items will be packaged in a bubble mailer or box, please note that the mailer may be re-used. Let me know if you would prefer a new mailer.

I reserve the right to cancel a sale to a buyer who has previously ordered from me and not paid, or if I cannot ship the item to your country due to shipping regulations.
