Payment

I accept PayPal payment (worldwide) and Postepay recharging (only from Italy).

You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal.
You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Payment must be made in full before the item is shipped.

Payment must be effectuated within 5 days from purchasing.
(After this time the seller [me] can decide to re-list the item
at its own discretion)

Si accettano pagamenti tramite Paypal (da tutto il mondo)e Ricarica Postepay (solo Italia).

Non è necessario avere un account Paypal per pagare gli oggetti tramite questo sistema: basta scegliere l'opzione Paypal durante l'acquisto e una volta fatto il vostro ordine cliccare sul bottone 'Pay now'. Scorrendo la pagina verso il basso troverete l'opzione per pagare tramite carta di credito senza doversi iscrivere a Paypal.

Il pagamento deve essere effettuato per intero prima della spedizione dell'ordine.

Il pagamento deve essere effettuato entro 5 giorni dalla scelta dell'oggetto . (Dopo questo termine posso decire di rendere di nuovo disponibile l'oggetto a mia discrezione)

Shipping

Please ask the confirmation of the amount of shipping cost before purchasing.
It can vary in relation with the number of goods/weight of your purchase and your location.

All items are shipped within 5 working days from the payment received.
In the case of a delay I will do my best to keep the buyer informed.

All listings are provided for normal Priority Mail and contains packaging costs too.

It is also available Registered Mail, which is trackable only till the package is in italian border. But it is highly reccomended because I will keep the receipt and the code of the shipping.

Per favore chiedete l'ammontare delle spese di spedizione prima del pagamento.
Può variare in relazione alla quantità di oggetti/al peso totale della spedizione e alla destinazione.

Tutte le spedizioni vengono effettuate entro 5 giorni lavorativi dall'avvenuto pagamento.
In caso di ritardi imprevisti faccio del mio meglio per tenere informato l'acquirente.

Per tutti gli oggetti è prevista spedizione per Posta Prioritaria e i prezzi sono comprensivi dei costi di imballaggio.

Se desiderate l'invio tramite posta Raccomandata - altamente consigliata-, tracciabile sul sito delle Poste Italiane e di cui vi invierò il codice a spedizione avvenuta, contattatemi prima dell'acquisto.

Refunds and Exchanges

I’m sorry but at this time archidee cannot accept returns or exchanges.
When item is shipped I can't be responsible for any loss or damage of goods. Responsibility becomes of the postal service.
Anyway, each item is always well packaged to assure protection.

Da quando l'acquisto è spedito non sono responsabile per perdite o danneggiamenti. La responsabilità è del servizio postale.
Comunque ogni oggetto è accuratamente confezionato per evitare danneggiamenti.
