Payment

We are only accepting PayPal at this time. However, you can use a credit card through PayPal to pay. If Payment has not been received within 3 days, the sale will be canceled.

Shipping

We ship to your PayPal address. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure this is correct. Astroma will not be responsible for delays or lost packages if the original address was not correct. Any additional shipping charges that might be required will also be the buyer's responsibility. Please make it easier on yourself and make sure both addresses match!

Want you item sent to a special someone? We’re more then willing to ship the gift, to the gift receivers addresses upon request.

Astroma will not be held responsible for any Custom and Duties, or any seized or destroyed items during the Customs Process. Please review your country’s policies before ordering, as they vary greatly from country to country.

Please note we will not state “gift” on the package unless it actually is. We will not lie on the custom forms, so please do not ask.

Insurance - All the prices listed within the shop are for Priority. It is possible to insure these packages. We include tracking number for all out packages to help you follow them! If you would like to down grade to First Class please let us know. If you select the First Class Shipping, we will not be responsible for any damage or lost packages. Refunds and Exchanges.

Refunds and Exchanges

I try to represent everything truthfully in my photos and descriptions. Please contact me before purchasing if you have any questions or concerns about an item in my store.

All requests for refunds must be made within 5 days of receipt. If you want to request a refund, please contact me through Etsy with an explanation as to why you want a refund. If approved, you will need to return the item in its original condition (return shipping costs is responsibility of the buyer). Upon receipt of the item in good condition, the seller will have a choice of options as outlined below.

Options available include reimbursement (minus shipping) for the item, or replacement with an alternate item of the buyer's choosing.

Reserves--

Reserved listings are available upon request for some items, please contact me for details. Once up, you will be contacted with the location of the item in the store. All reserved listings are expected to be paid within 5 days of being listed, after this they will be made available to the general public.



DISCLAIMERS--

My items are not intended for young children as they do have small parts that pose choking hazards, as well as materials that may be harmful if swallowed. Please do not let children play with jewelry or leave it where they can get to it. Seller is not responsible.

Item colors may vary slightly due to differences in computer monitors, please be aware items might appear slightly different than what you see on screen.
