Welcome

I love making toys for babies and kids of all ages. My family and I have recently relocated and things are still a bit chaotic right now. Therefore, custom orders may take a little while. All block orders needing personalization will be shipped within 2 to 3 days. If you need an order sooner, please convo me before placing your order.

I have recently begun to upcycle items in some of my creations. Whenever I use the fabric from a pair of pants or skirt, those items are inspected to make sure that the fabric is still in excellent condition and then the item is laundered prior to use.

Payment

Payment is expected within 2 days of purchase. I only accept Paypal and money orders. If you change your mind about a purchase, please let me know as soon as possible so that the transaction can be canceled and a refund given before the item has shipped. If a cancellation is requested after the item has shipped, the item must be returned to me before I will refund payment. Shipping costs will not be refunded if the item was shipped.

Shipping

I try to ship by the most affordable option. I always ship USPS first class and delivery confirmation is purchased for all domestic packages, which adds 75 cents to shipping costs. I try to ship within 1 to 2 days of payment.

I am willing to ship internationally but request that you contact me prior to purchase so that I can get an accurate cost of shipping.

If at any time I inadvertantly collect more money than needed for shipping by more than $1.oo I will automatically refund the money via paypal.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds will be given in the event of a cancellation of sale prior to shipping, or when item is returned to me.

If you are unhappy with an item for any reason, please contact me and I will see what I can do. It is very important to me that you are happy with your purchase.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Each item is handmade by me and is made prior to listing for sale. All items are ready to ship. I am not very good at mass production, so I encourage you to look through my sold items and request any items that you like that are not currently up for sale. I would be happy to make any item again. I also love a challenge so feel free to request an item that I haven't made too. I will see what I can do to fill your request.
