Payment

For payments we accept paypal, checks and money orders. If it is a check or money order your item(s) will be shipped once payment has arrived and cleared. Custom orders will not begin construction until payment has cleared.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will return or exchange any premade item as long as it is shipped back out within four days of you receiving it and item is still in sellable condition (no stains, tears, smells). I will refund payment, however buyer must pay all shipping and paypal fees.

Custom orders are not returnable.
