Welcome

Cosy up your closet is nurtured and cared for by Cheri and Tracey, a mother and daughter passionate about creating all things cosy. Most of our items are crochet with little bits of knitting sprinkled here and there. Every piece is handcrafted with love and care and will be shipped to you in the same fashion.

Our shop will be filled with scarves, wraps, hats and mittens throughout the winter months and jewelry, handbags and brooches in the warmer months so you can be cosy all year round!

Payment

We accept credit card payment through PayPal, for our safety and yours.

Note: You do not need a Paypal account to use their services. Please choose Paypal as your payment method at checkout. After your order has been submitted, click "Pay Now" and a little ways down the screen you will see the option to pay with credit or debit card – no sign-up necessary!

Shipping

Items will be packaged with lots of love and care and shipped within 3-4 days of payment being received. Custom ordered items will ship as soon as they are completed.

We ship USPS First Class mail. Please allow 7-10 days for mailing.

We will ship overseas, but please contact us first for a price quote from us to you. Please provide your location, including city and postal code in your email. Thanks!

Shipping price includes cost of postage, packing materials and any transactions fees.

Refunds and Exchanges

We stand behind the quality and cosyness of our items. Please let us know if you are unhappy with your purchase and we will arrange to have the item returned and your purchase price refunded (less the cost of shipping).
