Payment

I accept payments by PayPal and sometimes by money order. Please note that all potential customs, brokerage and other cross border fees are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. I include insurance on dolls. Small and Light packets and letter mail are not insurable.

I am registered for GST (# 832963367) and therefore Canadian residents pay 5% GST or 13% HST depending on where you reside. Ontario residents pay 5% GST and 8% PST. Buyers from other countries are not charged sales taxes.

Shipping

I ship to almost everywhere in the world. All orders are shipped from Canada via Canada Post, by Xpresspost for dolls and as Air Mail Small Packet or Light Packet for smaller items. The shipping time can be anywhere from about a week to several weeks, depending on where you live and what shipping method is used. I ship the same or next day from when payment has cleared, except on weekends, when Canada Post does not operate.
