Payment

I accept payment by PayPal, credit card (through PayPal), checks, direct bank transfer (UK and Europe only). If you are in the UK and wish to pay by cheque or bank transfer, please e-mail me for price in GBPounds.
Prompt payment is awlays appreciated and must be made within seven days of purchase. Thank you.

Shipping

Shipping to destinations within the UK will be made by Special Delivery.
Shipping to all other destinations will be made by Royal Mail international services - this does NOT include insurance cover. If you wish to insure your item, please e-mail me for the cost, which will be in addition to my standard (very low and reasonable!) shipping charge.

Refunds and Exchanges

No refunds can be made for uninsured items lost or damaged in transit. However, I pack really well, so this should not be a problem. Any other reasons for requesting a refund/exchange, will be dealt with on an individual basis.

I love to do commissions, so if you are interested in having something custom made, please use the Alchemy facility - or e-mail me if you have any general questions regarding the way I work regarding commissions.
I am happy to accept trade and wholesale orders.
