My philosophy is that my art is much like myself and my life, ever changing and rather unpretentious.
I am a photographer mostly, but last year when I needed an anniversary present for my gardening parents, discovered painting flowerpots! I really really enjoy this unique and somewhat strange art form! :)
I think anything can be beautiful and if I can make someone take a second look at an everyday object, whether it's a lowly terracotta flower pot or something in one of my photographs, then I feel really happy as an artist and a human being.

Payment

I accept Paypal, I share a paypal account with my sister and we use the account to rebuy supplies for our respective Etsy stores. (You can check her out : ParadisePotpourri).
I would love payment within 3 days of purchase, but if something has come up and you just really want one of my pieces but need to make other payment arrangements, please convo me and we can work it out.
I guess if a buyer needs to cancel an order then again, please convo me as soon as possible. I'm sorry to have to say this, but... if I haven't heard from you at all or received payment at the end of 5 days, I will cancel your order myself and relist the items so you can rebuy them if you want or someone else can!

Shipping

We ship first class or priority USPS whenever possible. The flowerpots get extremely well packed and packaged and padded and protected and then sent on their way to you when I receive your payment. Shipping insurance is included with your order.

Refunds and Exchanges

I haven't had anything break yet, but should the worst occur and your object arrives broken or ruined then please photograph the damage so I can try and figure out what happened to your package and make sure it doesn't happen again, and I will refund your order, and I'll probably cry a little and weep and moan.. but I think we'll both get over it eventually.

I love custom orders, the chance to work with someone else's imagination is lots of fun! Please contact me if you have an idea or would like to see what I could do with a certain theme.
I do now have to ask for total payment up front before beginning your order.

I can ship to a giftees address for you and even include a note that it's from you! I don't giftwrap but we use recycled shredded paper for packing items and that almost looks like a party in a box!!

My sister and I have an ongoing deal, if you would like to buy something from both our stores, her username here on Etsy is ParadisePotpourri ParadisePotpourri.etsy.com), we will combine shipping, so you just pay for the shipping on the flowerpot (since it's heavier then potpourri...)
