Two Little Wrens is run by two sisters. All our products are hand-made by the two of us. We love wading through tons of material and ribbon to find the cutest, loveliest, most elegant, or crazy fun products just for you! If you see anything you really love which is no longer available, just let us know and we'll see what we can do for you.

~♥~ To Fully Line or Partially Line Your Clips ~♥~
We have had many requests for our clips to be made both ways. Either way will work well, but some people prefer one method over the other. The customers who prefer partially lined clips like them because the bottom of the clip (which in unlined) slides more easily under ponytails and generally gives a closer fit to the hair. Some also say it provides a tighter grip to the hair. Customers who like the fully lined clips like them because the clip itself has a more 'finished' look and the soft ribbon is against the scalp. Either way works for us! If you are still unsure, our personal recommendation would be...

Babies with very little/very fine hair - Fully lined with added no-slip grip or the newborn/infant snap clips

Babies/young toddlers with a decent amount of hair - Fully lined (with or without added no-slip depending on preference)

Toddlers/girls with lots of hair - Partially lined

Just let us know in the 'notes to seller' section when checking out if you would like your clips fully lined and/or with extra no-slip grip, otherwise they will automatically come partially lined. Please feel free to send us a convo if you have any questions on which method will work better for you!

♥ Just In!! Now using GripZies for our 'no-slip grip' - latex and toxin-free and about the width of a match stick. Perfect for extra-fine hair! If you need 'no-slip grip' in your clippies, please request "no-slip grip" in the 'notes to seller' section when ordering.

Payment

We accept PayPal and Google Checkout. If you'd like to pay by Google Checkout, please select "other" as your payment option when checking out, and we'll send you a Google Checkout invoice.

Shipping

All our products are shipped by First Class post. Items are shipped next day whenever possible. You will receive a message from us after placing your order letting you know which day your item will ship on.

International Customers:

We try our best to give an approximate shipping rate for international customers, however it can vary country to country. After taking your item to the post office, we will be happy to refund any extra cost charged to you not incurred by the shipping rate and cost of envelope/shipping box.

Refunds and Exchanges

We want you to be 100% happy with our products! If there are any problems, please let us know and we will do our best to remedy the situation right away!

Items that have never been worn and are undamaged will be accepted for a refund or exchange within 14 days the item having shipped from our shop (International Customers 30 days). All sales of custom orders are final.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Barrette Styles:
----------------
Although most of our barrettes pictured are on 1 3/4 inch alligator clips, we also offer most of our bow and flower designs on lined 1 1/4 inch infant/mini snap clips for infants and children with very fine hair, lined 1 1/2 inch french barrette clips, and lined 2 inch french barrette clips. Just send us a convo with your requests!

Custom Orders:

We are also happy to do custom orders! Custom orders cost the same as pre-made items, but may take longer to put together (currently we try to get custom orders turned around in a week or less).

No-Slip Grip:
-------------
If you are worried about our barrettes staying in your child's hair, we can add an extra no-slip grip to the barrettes for no extra cost. Just request extra 'no-slip grip' under 'notes to seller' when ordering!

Purchasing Our Items As Gifts:
------------------------------
We are more than happy to send out our items out to someone special as a gift. Please make a note in 'note to seller' when purchasing that the item is a gift, and whether you would like a special message sent along with the item. All our items come wrapped neatly in tissue paper.

Safety:
------
If you're purchasing the barrettes, headbands, or bows for a baby or small child, please do not leave them unattended when wearing them as they are small or contain small pieces and could be a choking hazard.
