If you see something that you like in my shop, but want it in a different colour, longer or shorter length, then please contact me and I will see what I can do for you! I will answer all correspondence asap, except for Saturdays, when I will answer after 6.00 p.m. GMT.

I would like to say a huge thank you to the many talented Polymer Clay Artists, all over the world, who have given so freely of their expertise and talents in various books, tutorials and blogs. Without this fantastic spirit of sharing I would not be making the beads that I am today. So Thank you, all of you.

Payment

You will need to register with Etsy before you can buy from this shop (or any Etsy shop). Please see check out the Help button at the top of the page and click on FAQ - all the information you need is there.

You do not need a Paypal Account to pay for your items through Paypal:

You can choose the Paypal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a Paypal account.

Shipping

I ship 3 times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and package everythings with the utmost care. There is further shipping information listed under each individual item in my shop. Overseas Customers, I recommend you take insurance out for packages - please contact me prior to purchase to arrange this.

International shipping, please note that packages may incur custom/duty charges. These are the buyers responsibility to pay.

Refunds and Exchanges

Making beads and jewellery is a complete passion for me and I hope that this shows itself in my pieces. However,

Returns: If, for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can exchange it for shop credit. Buyer will be required to ship the item to me at their own expense and upon receipt of the item in the same condition it was sent out, the buyer will be issued with a shop credit for the amount of the original transaction excluding shipping. Please Email me immediately so we can make arrangements. Returns/exchanges are not accepted after 14 days of purchase. In the case of faulty or defective goods, I will of course offer a rull refund. Please just contact me.

If your piece of jewellery needs a repair, due to natural wear and tear, then I will do this free of charge as I want you to have many years of enjoyment from the jewellery you buy from me.

I am a member of both the Craftsmans Market and the Cotswold Market, held in The Corn Hall in Cirencester, Gloucestershire, on the first four Saturdays of every month, where you can come and see my full collection, discuss having a bespoke piece of jewellery made for you, or simply have a browse around and a chat with me!

Please also, if you purchase a pendant or piece of jewellery from me, these are strictly not for resale, without my prior permission. Thank you for your understanding on this matter.
