Payment

Currently, I only accept PayPal payments.

Shipping

I have expanded my shipping to nearly everywhere in the World. Please contact me about free shipping on purchases of two items or more.
I will refund shipping costs via PayPal.
I have the ability to ship 6 days a week.

Refunds and Exchanges

I now offer refunds, returns, and exchanges on any of my jewelry items.

All of my objects are one of a kind. If there are questions about any of my items please ask for more information or additional photos before the items are shipped.

If an item breaks during shipping, I just request that you contact me immediately with the problem. I can assist you accordingly.

If you are dissatisfied with any of my jewelry or mixed media pieces, and would like to return them, I will offer you a refund or an exchange.

Some of my work on paper is sold "as is". These sales are final. The works on paper, listed "as is" are already discounted appropriately. They are original works of art that may have small rips or smudges. If they are matted and framed, the imperfections are all minor enough to not be noticed. I DO NOT sell anything, that I feel is not of the highest quality.

I take special care and time with my paintings and hope that they are cared for in the same manner. I suggest that they are insured during shipping. I always make an extra effort packaging the canvases for shipping, but if any damage should occur that would have an impact on the work, contact me immediately and we will work together to resolve the situation.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All of my original paintings, prints, works on paper, and mixed media will come with a signed certificate of authenticity.

I can make custom art from a photograph of your choosing. I am no longer doing portraiture. If you are interested in custom work, please e-mail with size requirement, and subject.

I do require a deposit for materials. At the midpoint of the project, we will go over the progress, discuss any changes that need to be made, and a second payment will be required. Final payment will be required before the work is shipped.

Custom work, may take up to 30 days to complete and ship. Rush work, will require an additional fee and will be completed and shipped in 15 days or less.
