Welcome to my Policies Page! It is my commitment to offer items of the best quality and to provide adequate descriptions of each listing. If you have any problems with your order, please contact me via Etsy and I will do my best to make you feel satisfied with my shop.

Payment

I accept Paypal payments or money orders.

Shipping

I will ship your item within the week. (Usually within a couple of days, but I have 3 kids you know? Things happen.)

Refunds and Exchanges

I cannot offer refunds or exchanges at this time, unless there is a problem with shipping. All proceeds from my sales go directly into our adoption fund. (That's right, we are adopting a baby girl!) Besides, once my lovingly hand-made items go out into the big wide world, I can no longer guarantee that they have not been exposed to pets or smoke. Thanks so much for understanding.

Additional Policies and FAQs

You may be wondering why that gorgeous handspun yarn is so expensive... It takes time to spin the lovely yarns offered in my shop. I calculate my prices based on the yardage of the yarn (more yardage takes longer to spin) and what I paid for the original fiber. I generally charge 10 cents/yard plus the cost of the fiber. I think this is a very reasonable fee for my services as a professional spinner.
