Payment

Payment is required within one week (seven days) of purchase. Accepted forms of payment include PayPal, check, and money order. Please note: pay in cash at your own risk! Cash sent through the mail is discouraged, as I cannot be held responsible for any lost payment.

Shipping

Packages are shipped through the United States Postal Service. All packages will be shipped within three business days of receiving your payment. Packages will be sent Priority Mail unless you request or have been informed otherwise.

Insurance is OPTIONAL. However - please note that any uninsured item is not available for refund from the Post Office if the package is lost.

Insuring a package for up to $50 worth of value: $1.70
Insuring a package for between $50 and $100 worth of value: $2.15

Please include the proper insurance rate with your payment.

Refunds and Exchanges

I try my hardest to describe and photograph my items to the best of my ability. You will never receive an item that is not the item photographed, and I will always represent each item's craftsmanship, materials, and character as closely and honestly as possible. If you are unhappy with your item when you receive it, please let me know as soon as you receive the item. I will be happy to remake the item at no charge, or exchange for store credit. Refunds will only be given in serious cases of misrepresentation or damage on my part.

My areas of expertise are sock and fabric creatures of all shapes and sizes, miniature fruits and tasty treats (sculpted in polymer clay). I also dabble in wood-burning on occasion. Please message me for more information!
