Payment

I accept Paypal.

I cannot start work on ANYTHING - even a little 'ole label design - without payment. Please do not add something to your cart/basket until you are ready to pay.

I list as many orders as I am able to complete on my daily or weekend press run. Placing an item in your cart without paying does not 'reserve' that slot.
If another customer is ready to check out, I may have to cancel an incomplete sale as I cannot relist and risk getting behind schedule.
Items can not be shipped until payment has cleared (i.e. E-checks)

Shipping

To keep costs down, I ship using regular First Class USPS to anywhere in the world using your etsy address on file.
If you prefer Priority Mail, delivery confirmation or an alternative shipping method, just convo me to update the listing for you.

If there is a delay in shipment, you will be notified immediately.
If any package is returned, you will be notified immediately.

I send along a convo to notify when your order will be/has been shipped.
To double-check to see if your order has shipped: click on 'Your Etsy' at the top of this screen, then click on 'Purchases' on the left/under 'YOUR ACCOUNT'.
All items you purchase on etsy will have the order status to the far right. Once an item has shipped, this status will change and you will know your order is on the way!

I can not be held responsible for delays or losses incurred due to customs issues.

PLEASE note that First Class USPS does NOT come with a tracking number or delivery confirmation!

If you have a deadline or are in a rush, I recommend upgrading your method of shipping so you have the ability to track your order.

Refunds and Exchanges

For labels:
I am not in this to make a fortune (obviously) and I don't care to argue with anyone.

I SEND PROOFS REQUIRING APPROVAL BEFORE PRINTING ANYTHING, SO ONCE APPROVED: NO REVISIONS, REPRINTS OR REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN!

I present my work and products with high resolution, full-color photos and proofs with clear, concise explanations so there should be no surprises!

I am more than happy to replace any item that is defective!

Rights to most designs may be purchased for a very fair price; which is better than any court judgment.
I take this very seriously, as this has been my livelihood for over 20 years. Don't make me pull this car over.

+++DESIGNS+++ I provide a service to my customers that most do not - and that is to give you a custom label design at no additional charge. This DOES NOT mean I'll draw your logo, 'clean up' your images, take hours creating an illustration, create 3 or 4 custom designs or do numerous revisions.
I reserve the right to refund or refuse service if these policies are not followed.
