Payment

I accept Paypal only at this time.

Shipping

I ship anywhere and everywhere. The shipping charges are listed on the items for sale. I ship first class mail any day of the week. I will add up to $50 insurance at no extra charge. If you buy more than $50 worth of items I will charge you for the additional insurance if you want it. If you would like the additional insurance please do not pay immediately. Please convo me requesting the additional and I will send you a corrected invoice.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will consider returns/refunds on any item on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with something, please let me know and I will do what I can to remedy the situation.

I should also say that I have a pet free and smoke free home. The majority of the items I use are vintage and I cannot vouch for what kind of environment they've come from. I do clean them before I use them though.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Gift-Wrapping
Any item you purchase from my store will come in a box with a bow at no additional charge. If you would like additional wrapping and/or a gift tag there will be an additional charge of $1.50. I will wrap the gift and make the tag in any theme or color you choose as long as I have it available or can make it available in a reasonable amount of time. If you do not specify a theme or color I will pick a neutral one for you. If you do decide to pay the additional cost for gift-wrapping, please do not pay right away. You will need to convo me and let me know so that I can send you a revised invoice.

Custom Items
I can do custom items if I have items to your specification on hand or if I can find them easily. If you see a particular bead you like on something I have listed, but you don't like the item I have listed, I might have additional beads like that one. I can potentially make something that is more to your taste/specifications. Please ask.
