Welcome to my Etsy Shop, Just My Jewelry. As I said in my profile, I am retired from the legal field; have been arty all my life; and have recently discovered a passion for "making" my own jewelry. Hopefully, you will appreciate my efforts and order some of my passion for yourself. If you do, which I sincerely hope, this is where I show you the way my shop will work.

First of all, let me assure you that I make every effort to make a quality product that is interesting, fun, dramatic, sassy, and beautiful. If you like a piece but need a different color or different gemstone, I will be happy to construct it "your way". Just convo me and tell me what you'd like. I will do my best to work with you to achieve the product you desire.

Payment

With regard to payment, I prefer PayPal, but will also accept money orders or certified checks. Items paid by any method other than Paypal will not be shipped until the check has cleared my bank account. Please note that this could take up to 7 business days. Checks and money orders must be in US funds.

Items purchased must be paid for as soon as possible. If other arrangements need to be made, please convo me right away. If there is no contact and payment is not received after four days, then the item(s) will be returned to my inventory and the sale will be cancelled.

Shipping

Your jewelry will either be shipped in a jewelry box or wrapped in tissue and inserted in a beautiful, re-useable organza bag ready for gift giving. If you would like gift wrapping, and to have it sent to a different address, just let me know in your instructions. I offer FREE giftwrapping.

That said, the shop shipping policy is as follows:

JMJ orders will be shipped to you at a charge of $2.50 in the US and $3.50 to Canada, via first class USPS, unless another method is specifically requested. If you need it sooner and are willing to pay the extra shipping cost, I will send by Priority or overnight mail. Let me know before paying if you'd like faster shipping so I can send a corrected invoice with different shipping costs. Orders will be mailed within 24 hours after payment if at all possible Monday through Saturday. Please allow one extra day in the case of holidays. If I cannot ship next day I will convo you to let you know why and when to expect your item. Shipping may be combined on multiple items purchased for $1.00 extra for each additional item after the first item. So if you purchase three items to go to Tennessee, the shipping will be $2.00 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item for a total of $4.00 shipping. If payments are made separately, shipping cannot be combined.

Custom orders and/or requests for particular alterations or sizes will take longer but I will make every effort to ship within a week of the placement and payment of the order.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you encounter any problems at all, please contact me and I'll do my best to rectify your problem to the best of my ability. Superb customer service is my number one priority, If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, please contact me immediately and give me an opportunity to satisfy you and keep you as a customer. I will do what I can to see that you are completely happy shopping at JMJ. However, I cannot accept returns due to health issues. I inspect each item for quality prior to shipping and wire wrap for added security in connections. Should there be an instance of breakage I will be happy to repair or replace it. If you return the item to me, I will pay postage back to you.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Insurance is optional but strongly recommended. I am not responsible for any lost or damaged items if buyer chooses not to insure their purchase. Insurance will be calculated according to the total of the order.
