Sweet Rhyme is a division of Rhyme and Reason Designs.

Payment

I accept paypal, debit and credit cards.

If you'd like to pay with a debit or credit card, select Paypal as your payment option. When you complete your etsy purchase, your receipt will have a link to pay for your goodies. The link will take you to a paypal payment screen. Look for the "continue without a paypal account" link, above the credit card logos on the left hand side of the screen.

Items are not shipped until payment is fully processed and verified. Any transaction not paid for within three days of purchase will be cancelled and all items will be returned to the shop.

California purchases will be charged applicable state sales tax

Shipping

I ship all items within 2 business days of receiving payment via USPS First Class Mail. If you would like insurance, priority shipping, or next day delivery please convo me.

If your etsy address and paypal address do not match, I will contact you to verify before shipping. If I do not receive a response, I will ship to the address given on paypal

If an item should happen to get lost in transit, I would gladly replace it or refund your payment if replacement is not possible.

Please note that international buyers are responsible for any customs and fees.

Refunds and Exchanges

If the item you receive does not match its description on etsy, or you find any faults in its workmanship I would gladly repair it or replace for an item of equal value within 14 days of receipt.

As I am extremely careful to photograph each item as it truly appears in real life, I cannot accept returns merely because of a change in ‘taste/mind’. However, I might be able to negotiate an exchange or replacement.

Please not that the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of returned items.

{* International Orders *}
International buyers should be aware that they may need to pay for customs on their packages. I accurately declare all items that we send. Check with the post office in your country for more information about duty limits.


{* How do I care for my new jewelry ? *}
I recommend that you treat your new goodies with care as with all fine jewelry. A gentle wipe with very mild soap and a damp cloth will keep your jewelry clean. I do not recommend that you swim or shower with your jewelry since this will accelerate tarnishing on the metals. If the metals do begin to tarnish, a gentle swipe with a polishing cloth will suffice (do not immerse them in jewelry-cleaning solution.)
