Vintage = Used... we have the following descriptions to explain condition.
Excellent or New = like new condition, almost no problems or wear or tear
Very Good Condition = hardly used but may have a small spot, or loose threading near hem etc
Good Condition = was gently worn regularly, may have a loose button, some stains or wear or tear... will be noted
Our Rustic handmade items are handmade... so they may have some imperfections or be "rough" around the edges... remember Rustic !
Payment
We accept Paypal and we accept Money Orders. We will never accept personal or business checks. Don't bother or we will void the sale. You have five days to get the money order to us, if it takes longer be sure to contact us via Etsy on how long to wait. Any delays over 10 days and the sale will be cancelled.
Shipping
We ship out within 3-5 business days of placing your order via United States Postal Service 1st Class mail. If you are concerned about a delicate item you may request insurance. Please convoy. If you want to upgrade to Priority or Next Day shipping, please convo me and we can figure the price out at check out.
Shipping prices are fixed, even if they are slightly higher or lower when finally taken to the post office. No reimbursements or compensation for having paid a slightly higher amount than what is indicated on the Etsy site will be made. Shipping is hard to caluclate and varies from distance and size of container. Also there is the cost of boxes, wrapping, and standing in line ! Only if you paided over $7 more than what is indicated for shipping on that item will you be compensated up to $2 over the listed shipping cost.
If an item is over 4 lbs, I do not post an international shipping cost, if you are an international buyer and want the item please contact, tell me where you want it sent and I will figure the cost. If an item is over 4 lbs it may need to be sent Priority Mail only.
Refunds and Exchanges
Since most of the items are sold vintage, this means used. But if you find an item does not fit (remember some clothing was custom made in the past so you may need to get clothing altered to fit) or you are not happy, we are glad to credit you to our shop or exchange for another item of equal value. All items are shipped carefully but if they get broken or lost during transit we do not cover or exchange for that loss. But feel free to ask insurance for a shppied item.
For handmade rustic items you may get a refund if not happy with purchase, but only if item is in same condtion we shipped it out. If it is broken or lost during shipping, please remeber it is your responsibiity to insure an item. Thanks !
