I've newly designed and set-up an "art room" in my first home in New Jersey and although I usually want to keep everything I make (I'm a self-proclaimed pack rat)m I promised my husband I would pass some of my creativity on. So here you go! I hope you like what I have to offer, but I also make custom items if you have something on your mind!

Payment

I accept PayPal, credit cards, check, and money orders! (If you would like to pay by credit card, please click the PayPal link and you will have the option to use a credit card instead of signing in to a PayPal account.) I will wait until payment is received and processed (cleared) before shipping your item, but please contact me if you have any questions!

If you do not wish to make an etsy account, please email me at MarthaHaskins [!at] gmail.com telling me which item you would like to purchase and we will make it work!

Custom Items: 50% of pre-determined cost will be due up front. The other half of payment is due upon completion before item is shipped/delivered.

Shipping

All 3D items are shipped with both insurance and confirmation via USPS Priority Mail and should arrive within 2-3 days of payment within the US and within a week Internationally (please email me if you need a specific date). All other items are shipped via First Class USPS Mail within the US and should arrive within a few business days. For international mail on 2D items, please convo me if you need them by a certain date, otherwise, it may take two to four weeks via USPS.

If you would like to combine a shipment with items purchased from http://www.Sonhar.etsy.com please convo me to let me know! (Click "Conversations" at the top of your page when you are signed-in. Or e-mail me at MarthaHaskins [!at] gmail.com) I will refund you the difference.

Items are shipped on Monday/Wednesday/Friday after receiving payment. (Please let me know if you need it by a certain date and we can work something out!)

All items are made and packaged in a smoke-free environment, but I do have two cats that might try to help me "sort" shipping supplies. If you are allergic at all - I am happy to insure that they are no where near your shipping materials (or purchase).

Refunds and Exchanges

We can always work something out, but as always - this is going to depend on the situation. My art (and craft) makes me happy, so if you aren't happy, then we have to do something!

Custom Items: There are no refunds on custom items. Please note that you will be involved in the entire design process of a custom order and will have the chance to make changes before it is shipped. After shipment there are no refunds or exchanges. However, it is worth being said that I never want someone being unhappy - so we will make something work!

*Custom Orders / Alchemy:
I will respond to custom order inquiries within 48 hours. We will make a contract together and discuss payment at that time.

*MarthaHaskins Information:
All work is done in a smoke-free environment.
All items are copyrighted by me, Alexandra Whatton. When you purchase my art you are not purchasing the rights, but just the piece and cannot reproduce this artwork without my permission.
