Shipping

SHIPPING:
Typically takes 4 - 7 days within the U.S. and Canada can take anywhere from 7 - 12 days. International shipping can take 10 - 14 days for smaller items and air mail items. International parcel can take 4 - 6 weeks. Please allow 2 - 4 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. Please allow 7-10 days for shipping within the U.S. A confirmation email will be sent when your order has been shipped. Insuring Your Package - Highly Recommended - Buyer resumes responsibility for uninsured packages. Insurance can be purchased for $1.65 on jewelry purchases under $50.00. I will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the postal service. International buyers are responsible for all duties, custom fees and applicable tax. BLUFISH is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by the US Postal Service

Refunds and Exchanges

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY:

BLUFISH Jewelry does not accept returns, however we do accept exchanges, on unworn jewelry, that can be exchanged for other items, sold at BLUFISH. We are happy to offer an exchange on any items within 15 days of purchase. Buyer pays all shipping on exchanges. We are sorry, but there is no refund on shipping/handling charges. When returning your package, please include the following:

1) Unworn item(s) in its original condition

2) A copy of the original invoice

3) Please let us know the reason for your return -- We strive to provide the best possible service and product for our customers.

Please use all pictures as a guideline only. The product's screen color will vary slightly from actual products due to differences in the color calibration of individual computer monitors. blufishandco [!at] etsy.com makes no guarantee that the product you receive will match the color you see on your monitor. All products are handmade by the designer and are inspected individually for imperfections before selling.
