Welcome

My aim is to make purchasing my art an enjoyable experience and so I will always try to do whatever I can to achieve that. My hope is that you will be delighted with your purchase along with the service you receive so that you will consider buying more of my art in the future.

Payment

Please make payment within 7 days of purchase. If paying by money order please email me when it has been sent so that I can look out for it!

Shipping

Most smaller artwork will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Larger pieces may be sent priority mail - please check each listing for details. Original pieces will have tracking, if the recipient is within the US; in most cases prints will not.

Shipping insurance is available at an additional charge for US customers only - please let me know at the time of purchase if you wish the add insurance. I try to package my items as carefully as I can to avoid damage in transit but would encourage the purchase of insurance for higher cost items just incase damage or loss occurs that is outwith my control.

I usually ship the next business day following receipt of your payment but please allow up to 5 business days for the item to be mailed as I often have to travel.

Refunds and Exchanges

If my artwork does not meet with your expectations please return the item to me within 7 days for a refund of the purchase price. Please note that shipping & handling costs will not be refunded.
