All Lilly Kitten Art is unique. It's conceptualised, designed, drawn, coloured and then printed for the products shown in this store by Natalie Jaworski.

Because of the unique nature of the art, products bought here CAN NOT be reproduced, resold, copied or edited without the written permission of Natalie Jaworski.

Legal action will be taken against anyone using any part of Lilly Kitten Art's work for any purpose not permitted by the artist.

Commissions will have a written letter accompanying them allowing them for private reproduction. Should the commissioner wish to use them for commercial purposes, an extra fee will be incurred.

Payment

Upon purchasing an item from the store, Lilly Kitten Art expects payment within five days before the order is cancelled.

If you cannot, for any reason, pay within these five days, send an addtional note explaining your situation and exceptions and extentions can be made for you.

Commissions can either be paid in full upon the viewing of the final conceptial sketch, or half can be paid then and the other half upon completion of the finished work.
Commission art will NOT be sent out until full payment is made.

Until full payment is made, artwork reamins the property of Lilly Kitten Art. If artwork is completed, and full payment NOT received, Lilly Kitten Art retains the right to use the commission work for commercial purposes.

Shipping

All International Shipping is Uninsured Airmail unless otherwise requested.

Postage within Australia is Standard Uninsured, unless otherwise requested.

All items posted upon receipt of full payment. A confirmation note will be sent with date of postage and estimate of time taken to arrive.

Refunds and Exchanges

REFUNDS will only be given if the artwork is clearly damaged or marked.

Damage incurred after postage will not be considered for refund, as every precaution will be taken to safely ship your purchase.

EXCHANGES are not available so choose carefully.
