Shipping

All orders shipped within the US are shipped Priority + Delivery Confirmation. If you wish to purchase insurance please contact me for arrangements. For US orders it's very inexpensive : )
Please note I take great pride in packaging your order and use the up most care in making sure they will survive the trip. Therefore I am not responsible for breakage.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase I am happy to refund your money once I receive the items back in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving them - postage paid by buyer.
Due to the nature of the product I do not accept exchanges unless an error was made on my part (i.e. I sent you the wrong item by mistake)

It is important you know that what you see in my shop are samples of what I can make for you. I do not have a bunch of pins made up ahead of time. Most orders take between 2-3 weeks to complete depending on how many you order : )
