Hello, my name is Rozzi short for Rosalyn. I love sewing and I love children. Welcome to my world. I have been sewing since I was 5years old. I remember pushing the foot pedal on my grandma's old singer. I put a lot of attention to detail in all the clothing and accessories we make. Here are my goals for my business.

1. Sew beautiful durable clothing for children.

I spend extra time reinforcing stress points, lining the inside, interfacing collars,etc, double thread top stitching,finishing all edges with serging or french seams.

2. To share our love for all children.

My husband and I are currently supporting several christian organizations helping needy children thruout the world. So 10%+ of all the money I make goes to help the little ones in need. Also I sew quilts and blankets for needy children in the USA as part of a humanitarian outreach program.

3. To help protect and keep the environment green for our children and grandchildren.

4. To make your business with us enjoyable.

Just like opening a present for your birthday, We want that excitement for you. From the moment you decide to buy to the day you receive it we want you to know that you are our reason for sewing and the reason we enjoy what we do.

Payment

We accept PayPal and ask that your payment be made within 7 days of placing your order. Please convo me if there is any problem or delay. Communication with you is very important to us.

All Utah residents please pay sales tax.

If you want to cancel a sale, please convo me with the info and your reason. We need to know if the problem lies with Sweet PEas.

Shipping

Rozzi's Sweet Peas uses USPS.

Rozzi's Sweet Peas uses convo and email to notify you of the progress of your order.

We will ship any item Sweet Pea gift-wrapped with card for birthdays, holidays,any special friend days. Just let me know when you order.

We do ship international and we include it in the info.

Refunds and Exchanges

Rozzi's Sweet Peas works very hard to deliver excellent quality that you will love. Your satisfaction is very important to us. Let me know as soon as possible after your purchase if you have any problems and I will gladly refund or exchange your purchase-minus the shipping fee of course.
CUSTOM ORDERS *** PLEASE NOTE ****
For custom orders I will NOT be able to offer you the same refund or exchange policy due to the custom-nature of the purchase. SUBSTITUTIONS are common when trying to get a RUSH Custom Order to YOU and they may not look exactly as the one pictured but will be of the same Quality.

Custom orders
Like my clothing but would like it in a different color, or add an embroidered monogram, please convo me. This make require a slight increase in the cost of the item and please no refunds for Custom orders . Please note, I do not do custom orders with sales specials ie..BOGO free.
