Payment

All prices on Etsy are in US dollars.

I accept payments through PayPal; this means you can pay with your PayPal account, debit, or credit card.

If you would like to pay either using a debit or credit card, when you check out choose PayPal, there is a section that states "don't have a PayPal account?" from there you can proceed to pay by debit or credit card.

PayPal is safe and secure and sellers will not see your financial info.

Buyers should pay immediately through PayPal when they order an item(s).

If I do not receive payment or contact within three days (excluding weekends) of your purchase, I reserve the right to re-list that item(s).

As per Etsy policy, non-paying buyers will be reported.

I offer lay-away on items $50 and above.

Via Paypal, send 20% of the amount of the item you wish to purchase to chasingbeads [!at] cox.net.

I will then list the necklace as reserved in your name. You may continue to make payments for up to 3 months; after that, payment is due in full.

If not paid in full, you will be refunded the amount you paid minus 20% (forfeiture fee).

Shipping

North America - Your item(s) will be sent using USPS First Class.

International - Your item(s) will be shipped via First Class International.

Please be aware of what your country's import restrictions are from the U.S. as I will not be responsible for any customs fees, duty fees, or applicable taxes on international purchases you might incur.

I cannot offer refunds on orders that have been lost in the mail.

I have delivery confirmations on all shipped items except international. On international orders I can show proof that it was shipped but cannot guarantee it will get there. Please contact me with any questions that you may have. I will gladly address them for you to the best of my ability.

All international orders is thru paypal only and done by USPS-First Class International.

Refunds and Exchanges

RETURNS: I allow returns if contacted within three days of an item(s) being received IF there is a defect or I send the incorrect item.

The returned item must be returned within two weeks of your having received the item in same condition it was received. Shipping charges will be refunded.

EXCHANGES: If you receive your item and it's simply not what you want, please contact me within three days of receiving your item, and we can work out an exchange.

The buyer is responsible for shipping and a $3 restocking fee (which includes Etsy charges). For an exchange, the customer can either immediately choose another item of equal value, or store credit can be given for this shop only...good for six months.

I cannot offer any kind of compensation due to loss or damage during transit, please handle this with the postal carrier.

If you send an item back without first contacting me, your return will be void.

REPAIRS: If an item that you purchase from my shop needs repair within four months of your purchasing it, I offer FREE repair. Please convo me about the repair needed; you pay for the shipping to me, and I'll pay for the shipping to you.

I will then list the necklace as reserved in your name.

You can continue to pay by either by selecting me as a shop you’d like to buy from in future games or by paying outside of the game.

You may continue to make payments for up to 3 months; after that, payment is due in full. If not paid in full, you will be refunded the amount you paid minus 20% (forfeiture fee).
