Welcome

Thank you for taking a peek, please come back often. I plan to have new items and designs very soon.

Payment

I accept payment through paypal, credit card, or by previous arrangement (must be agreed upon through conversation PRIOR to purchase) must be received by 7 (seven) business days after purchase.

You do not need a Paypal account in order to use it. At the end of your transaction, you can use a credit card to pay via Paypal, without having to create an account with them.

If your payment is not received after 7 days, the transaction may be cancelled at my discretion.

Shipping

Since each piece is MADE TO ORDER, please allow at least 2 days for the careful creation of your felt creations, and at least 1 weeks for large orders of 6 or more. (i often have stuff already made so if you need item shipped ASAP...please just convo/e-mail me)

If you would like your package express shipped to you, this must be arranged by conversation PRIOR to purchase. Please let me know, and I will be happy to accommodate your shipping requests. Additional shipping fees will apply.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of the items sold, no refunds or exchanges allowed except in the case of my error (ie - I sent you the wrong clip).

Expedited orders available, please convo me your time frame before purchase, and I will be happy to discuss availability.

Wholesale orders and consignment requests are welcome! Please contact me if you are interested.
