Born with an innate talent and a deep love for beauty and design, Agnes “Lulu Mae” Miles developed her creative instinct and appreciation for the arts at a very early age. While growing up in a household of six sisters; fashion, style and an eye on the latest trends were always abound. As a result, she quickly learned how to combine art and fashion to create a style of her own; fine tuning it over the years. She continues to express herself artfully and fashionably through the pieces she designs and creates for Love, Lulu Mae. She believes every piece she creates has a unique and one-of-a-kind beauty as the women who wear them.

Payment

We accept Paypal and Money Orders. If paying with a money order, your item will ship after we receive it.

Shipping

We offer free shipping via USPS Priority Mail within the United States. Please allow 7-10 days for order to arrive. International Shipping is available. Please be advised that you will be held responsible for any customs fees. Check with your local FedEx office before ordering to see what the customs fee rate is. Email us with your order and we will send you an invoice (with international shipping rates applied) via Paypal.

Messenger service is available for downtown Chicago and suburbs (cost to be determined at the time of service needed).

Refunds and Exchanges

While it is our sincere hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchases from LoveLuluMae.com, we understand circumstances happen. We ask that you respect our right to refuse a return request if we feel that it is not valid.

Our current Return Policy is as follows:
• No returns after 7 days of receipt of the item
• All Sale Items are Non Exchangable
• If you wish to return your purchase within the 7 day period you must first contact LLM to arrange the return
• Upon receipt of the return, a store credit will be issued to your account for use within 30 days
• Love Lulu Mae does not issue monetary transactions for returned items

Love, Lulu Mae LOVES all animals big and small! Love, Lulu Mae truly cares about the environment. That is why all of our hat boxes are composed of recycled materials and all feathers are collected from various farms, including local ones. All feathers are washed, rinsed and dyed with the earth in mind.
