I strive for 100% customer satisfaction, so please feel free to ask any questions you may have about my products or policies.

Payment

I accept PAYPAL only. If you don't have a paypal account, you can sign up for free.
Please pay within 3 days of placing your order.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible.

Shipping

I ship from the main island of Japan via air mail. Packages arrive quickly (usually 4-10 days) in most countries. However, I cannot guarantee how long your shipping will take.
I always ship packages within 1-5 business days.
I can't ship on Saturdays or Japanese national holidays.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are only available if I have misrepresented something, or you receive an item damaged. If your package is lost in the mail, I will work out a plan with you for a refund or replacement.
