I will do everything I can to ensure that you love what you get! I do my best to represent each item exactly as it would come to you. Please bear in mind, though, that handmade means one of kind! I don't disappoint.

Payment

We appreciate prompt payment, so please don't purchase items until you are ready to pay for them, it really helps the process go better, you know? So, please checkout with PayPal! If you're afraid something will be sold out, just convo me, and I will make sure there is one available for you when you are ready to pay. If you need to cancel after ordering but before shipping, I will refund your purchase price minus whatever fees I've incurred, like the listing fee and final value fee, which is usually nominal. So, I will refund the balance. I hope you understand. :)

Shipping

Unless otherwise specified, I ship out within 2 business days!

Refunds and Exchanges

It would break my heart if you didn't love your purchase, but if you need to return an item after it's been shipped, please return unused, and I will happily issue you a store credit for use in any of my shops (minus selling fees.)

For custom items, I will offer a 50% refund, or store credit in exchange for the return of your UNUSED item.
