artistwithlight's Shop Policies
Welcome
My philosophy is simple, to create the finest digital photography available anywhere. I strive to achieve both flawless technical execution and fine art "presence" with all of my prints. I hope to create a mood, and evoke it in viewers of my work. If you don't agree the piece you choose is a superlative example of photo art, send it back for a full refund within 30 days. I want all my customers to love my pieces as much as I love creating them.
Payment
I accept money order, paypal, cashiers check, and personal check (please allow 10 days for your check to clear, my banks policy, not mine).
Shipping
Q: Combine shipping?
A: Prints of 13*19 inch size (Super B), can be shipped in lots of up to 5 prints for the same price as a single print... FREE within US and Canada.
International shipping available on request, price varies by country and size of print.
Q: How long from order can I expect delivery?
A: To addresses within the USA, shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, I ship USPS priority mail. Super B (size 13*19 inches or smaller) prints are shipped securely in cellophane and flat hard cardboard mailer to protect against damage and moisture. Flat shipping ensures easy mounting when you get your print. Bigger prints are shipped in hard reinforced cardboard tubes, this is the only economical way to ship large prints. Prints will need professional mounting in such large sizes.

I warrant the print you buy will never fade or deteriorate in any way, ever. If it does, send it back and I will replace it free of charge. 30-day money back guarantee if you are unsatisfied in any way. Return shipping is NOT included.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Common Questions:
Q: Why are your prints so expensive, especially compared to other photographers on Etsy?
A: I cannot speak to all the photographers on Etsy, but the print permanence of the luster paper and ink combo I am using is rated to >315 years according to Wilhelm Imaging Research. My fine art paper is rated to >406 years. While there may be other photographers advertising "archival" grade photos, the only print archival research is carried out by Wilhelm Imaging, according to rigorous standards. This can be verified here:

Materials of this quality come at a price.
Q: Who am I?
A: Pro photographer shooting digital for the last 10 years. Published nationally and internationally, my name is Taran Morgan. I prefer not to talk about my awards and let my work speak for itself. My website is www.artistwithlight.com. You can convo me if you would like to know more, I am happy to answer any questions.
Q: I is a photo or is it art?
A: Both. All of my prints start out as a photo I took somewhere. These prints can be extremely clean and represent the finest digital photography technologies, while others can be extremely "dirty", aka photoshopped, and reflect my passion for moody and more nebulous digital endeavors. The key word being digital, because I am a robot.
Q: Warranty?
A: I warrant the print you buy will never fade or deteriorate in any way. If it does, send it back and I will replace it free of charge. 30-day money back guarantee if you are unsatisfied in any way. Just pay return shipping and the full amount of your purchase will be refunded.
Q: Damages incurred during shipping...
A: Shipped securely in moisture resistant and hard cardboard "Photo Mailer" designed to protect against damage and moisture. "Do Not Bend!" clearly marked on package. Please note I am not responsible for damages incurred in transit, however, if you pay return shipping and include the original damaged print, I will be happy to send you another.
