I accept Paypal or internet banking from New Zealand bank accounts.

Please pay within 2 days.

Shipping

CHRISTMAS!
Cutoff dates for delivery in time for Christmas:

New Zealand: 21 December (or 23 December for Courier Post or Fast Post)

Australia/South Pacific: 7 December (or 16 December for Express Courier)

USA, Canada and Europe: 30 November (or 14 December for Express Courier)

Everywhere Else: 25 November (or 14 December for Express Courier)

Posting by courier is more expensive than standard shipping. Please contact me if you would like to know rates delivered straight to your chimney!

Due to an increase in orders at this time of year, my turnaround time is a few days rather than same or next day. If you need something urgently, I will do my best to help.

The shipping price quoted (except for NZ) is for International Air which will take 4-10 working days to reach you (usually well under a week). This service is very reliable but if you would like a quote for courier or registered mail, please contact me.

I am very happy to combine postage costs for two or more items.

Nothing has gone astray in the post, but if it did I would do my best to track your purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges

I would be very upset if you were not absolutely happy with your purchase. Please look at the measurements to make sure you have the right size. Please also note that screen colours are reasonably accurate but not 100%.

If you do need to return the t-shirt, please contact me within one week of receiving the item and we will arrange this together. You would need to pay for shipping for the return item and any replacement item I send.

I think it is unlikely that any issues will arise with your purchase, but if they do, I will try my best to resolve them to our mutual satisfaction.
