Welcome to A Crytsal Garden!

All our items are custom handmade using only the highest quality materials. Any piece of silver in our jewelry designs, down to the smallest crimp bead, are genuine sterling silver.

Payment

ACG accepts any method of Paypal payment. A Paypal account is not required. Any orders over $50 must be shipped to a confirmed paypal address. (This just means your shipping address must match the billing address of your credit card)

Shipping

ACG ships items out as quickly as possible but please allow 5-7 days for shipping. We custom make as ordered so shipping time will vary depending on work load.

If you need it quick, please just email us and we will let you know if your item will make it in time for the big event.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the personal customization of our products we do not offer refunds or exchanges. On occassion we understand a bracelet purchased as a gift may not fit properly and will need to be resized. We do offer resizing for the cost of shipping to and from ACG.

Additional Policies and FAQs

ACG does not sell wholesale. We feel our prices are reasonable and that many of our items could be marked up at a nice profit.
