Hi! Welcome to Artistic Animal. You may have found me through my other store, M Young Studios. All of the pieces here are original works of art created by me. If there's an idea of concept that you would like to see made into a work of art, please don't hesitate to contact me. I love custom orders and would be happy to work with you.

Payment

Please make your payment via PayPal within 3 days of your purchase. If you need to send a cashier's check or money order, please let me know. Your piece will ship within 2 days of your payment clearing.

Shipping

All of my pieces are loving wrapped for protection and sealed with a pretty bow. Smaller works, such as ACEO's, are shipped via USPS 1st class mail. Larger pieces are sent Priority mail.

I love shipping internationally, so if you don't see your country listed, please let me know and I will gladly get a shipping price for you. Please note that all customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

If for any reason you need to make special shipping arrangements (sending a piece as a gift, a faster method of shipping, etc.) please let me know. I'm happy to do what I can to provide you with the best shopping experience possible.

Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you aren't pleased with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible to find a happy resolution for the issue.
