Payment

We only accept PAYPAL as a method of payment. Please contact us if you would like to purchase something and this is a problem for you.

Shipping

All purchases are shipped within 3 business days. Jewelry will be wrapped in our beautiful shimmer bags and tied with colorful fibers. Matted pieces will be shipped in plastic sleeves. All effort is made so that products reach you safely.

Refunds and Exchanges

We only sell and mail products that are of the highest quality. If for some reason you find that your product is not satisfactory, email us at art [!at] notsobland.com and we will work with you. If, for some reason, something you purchase becomes damaged or falls apart over time, please contact us and we will do our best to repair it at a small fee plus shipping.

If you would like a refund, the item should be sent back to us in an unused and in the same condition as when we sent it. Your refund will be the full amount minus shipping. Refunds/exchanges are processed on a case by case basis.

CUSTOMIZATION:

We have all kinds of great goodies to make anything your heart desires! If you would like something custom made, just visit our Alchemy page. Also, if you see something you like that has already been sold, write to us and we'll let you know if we can make more.

INSURANCE:

Insurance is calculated into the item price on items OVER $100. Otherwise, insurance is available upon request. Please state under “Message to Seller” and wait for a revised invoice. Should you opt not to purchase insurance, we will not be responsible in the event of lost mail. For any original art items, we would reccomend purchasing insurance.


CONSIGNMENT & WHOLESALE:

If you are interested in carrying any of our goodies in your online store, send an email to art [!at] notsobland.com including your boutique details and the items you are interested in.

TRADES:

We are always up for getting more handmade stuff... so trading is a yes! Convo us or email us (art@notsobland.com) and let us know!
