Customer satisfaction is important to me. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please let me know. I will be happy to address any issues that may arise.
I will try to describe each item and its condition to the best of my abilities, providing many pictures. Please read each item's description carefully before purchasing. You are welcome to contact me with any questions you may have about the items shown in the shop.

Payment
Rescued Beauty accepts PayPal, all major credit cards, and USPS Postal Money Orders; items will ship after payment has been received. I am sorry, but I cannot accept personal checks at this time. If you wish to pay by credit card without going through PayPal, please contact me for more details and to be invoiced for the total amount of your order.
If you are paying through PayPal, be aware that I will only ship to confirmed addresses. Please make sure your shipping name and address match what has been confirmed in your PayPal account. Payments made to Rescued Beauty will show as "thefiligreegarden" (its sister shop) on your statement.
*All items shipping to Massachusetts will have 5% sales tax added to the order. If paying by money order please wait for a revised invoice before submitting payment.*
Shipping
Each item is carefully packaged and sent USPS First-Class Mail (for small items) or USPS Parcel Post (for larger items). Fabric will be shipped folded in an envelope unless otherwise noted. Priority Mail is available for an additional fee; please contact me for more information. I normally ship within two business days of receipt of payment. I will happily combine items when shipping.
Shipping includes free delivery confirmation (US orders only) but not insurance. Please contact me before payment if you would like to purchase shipping insurance so it can be added to your order total. Rescued Beauty or The Filigree Garden is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping if insurance is not purchased.
Refunds and Exchanges

Additional Policies and FAQs
**Important Information for Buyers Living in California**
As of March 1, 2008, Rescued Beauty will no longer sell or ship vintage or recycled jewelry and components to California in order to remain in compliance with the California Lead-Containing Jewelry Law that was recently enacted. (Please see http://www.dtsc.ca.gov/leadinjewelry.cfm for more about the law.) Any such order received that has a California ship-to address will be canceled and payment will be promptly refunded. I apologize for this inconvenience.
Why Can't Vintage Jewelry and Components Be Shipped to California?
As of March 1, 2008, CA law requires that all jewelry, including vintage pieces, sold to California residents must be certified to be made only of certain lead-free or very low lead materials. Some items available in the shop contain vintage and recycled components of unspecified and unknown content. Assessing the lead content of all vintage and recycled jewelry and components is not possible without destructive testing. Since I cannot verify the lead content (or lack thereof) of vintage and recycled items without destroying them, I am unable to sell jewelry that contains these parts or the parts themselves in California. **Each listing to which this policy applies will have a note regarding this shipment restriction.**
