Shipping

Shipping and Returns Policy

* All meowcraft items INCLUDE free shipping WORLDWIDE. The price you see is the price you pay, there are no extra shipping charges. This applies to ALL countries. If you buy multiple items the policy is the same - no shipping charge!

* I ship promptly upon receipt of payment - same or next working day Hong Kong time. Goods will not be despatched until payment is received and funds cleared into my paypal account. Prompt/immediate payment is appreciated!

* I ship using airmail which takes between 5-10 working days on average but can, occasionally take a little longer. Please therefore allow up to 15 working days for shipping.

* I will ship worldwide but cannot be responsible for any customs regulations or import duties/levies which may be applicable to goods purchased via meowcraft and imported into your country. As the buyer (importer), it is your responsibility to check the import laws and regulations of your country BEFORE you buy!

* I ship to your ETSY address, NOT paypal. If you wish for an item to be shipped to a different address to that stated in your etsy info, please ensure you make it clear in the instructions to seller.

*Customs Forms - I will not falsify the customs form by checking the 'Gift' box. All items are sent as 'other' with a very brief description e.g 'Craft items - purse frames'. To avoid embarrassment or awkward shuffling of feet, please don't ask..I appreciate your understanding on this one folks!

Refunds and Exchanges

*Clearance items are sold AS SEEN. I have taken care to describe goods exactly and accurately and in particular in the Seconds section - these items are priced according to their condition and as such the buyer accepts the condition.

*I personally check and pack all goods. Occasionally mistakes happen. If you believe items to be missing or faulty (other than faults describing items in the 'seconds' section), please convo me asap. I am unable to replace goods as this is a final sale, however I may consider a refund. Please note: I may require the faulty goods to be returned and/or photographs submitted before I can refund. Regretfully I cannot be liable for items that have been damaged in the post.

* Hong Kong Post is very reliable and it's incredibly rare for a parcel to go missing. If you do not receive your item/s within 15 working days of notification of dispatch (excluding public holidays and weekends), please convo me and I will endeavour to refund.
