Payment

I accept credit cards and USPS money orders

Credit Card Payments:
I use PayPal for credit card payments - your credit card information goes directly through their secure site, and is not shared with this site or any other. Prossack Designs is a PayPal verified business. You do not have to be a PayPal member to order by credit card. Sign up with PayPal is optional, NOT required. Most major credit cards are accepted.

Money Orders:
only USPS (US Postal Service) money orders are accepted.

Sales tax is added to Pennsylvania orders only.

Shipping

USA SHIPPING:
Shipping is by 1st class Mail.
If you would like to have your purchase shipped by Priority or Express Mail, please convo me for a revised invoice before you complete checkout.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International shipping is by International 1st class Mail – sorry, international packages cannot be insured. Please be aware that Customs may add duty to your item(s).
If you would like to have your purchase shipped by Global Priority or Express Mail, please convo me for a revised invoice before you complete checkout.

Orders will normally ship within 1 week after payment is processed. Please remember that photographs and digital art are printed to order - so they typically will not ship until a few days after payment.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase – if you have any concerns about an item you have bought from me, please let me know. Returns are accepted up to 14 days after shipment. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Refund will be your payment less shipping charges. You are responsible for postage/shipping on returned items. Before returning anything, please let me know – so that I will be expecting the return.
