Shipping

I ship USPS Priority Mail. If you would like me to use a different method, please let me know.

Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price provided you notify me in advance. No shipping charges will be refunded.

Additional Policies and FAQs

If you wish to custom order a crochet bag in your choice of colors, it will be the same price as the in-stock bags and will be ready to ship in one week or less.
