Thank you so much for visiting my Etsy shop! I hope you can find just what you are looking for here at Ribbonz and Curlz, if however you don't see exactly what you're wanting please let me know what it is you're looking for and we can design it together. I love doing custom orders and I love challenges!!!

Payment

I gladly accept PayPal, it's a fast and easy way of payment and ensures that I am able to get your order to you as quick as possible. With payPal you are able to use credit cards and debit cards as well as e-checks. Please keep in mind, e-checks take 3 to 4 business days to clear and I am not able to send out your products until that happends.

Right now, all I'm excepting is PayPal, though with that said if you are a serious buyer and prefer not to pay by way of PayPal please send me a convo and together we will definitely work something out:)

• When paying with PP I would love to get paid promptly, that way I can start on your purchase. Though I do understand that things come up, so after purchase is made I will give you 48 hours to pay and after that your item will be relisted and I will assume that you have changed your mind.

•Please convo me at any time if you have any questions or concerns.

Shipping

I ship all packages with USPS First Class Mail. Please allow 2-3 days for shipping. My packages are sent within 24 hours 99% of the time, but I am a mommmy to a 3 year old and things can definitely come up :) So I say longer just to be on the safe side.
Custom orders may take up to a 5 days to complete, and wholesale orders vary on an individual basis. If you are concerned about an item arriving before a particular event or occasion, please let me know immidiately, as I may be able to get finished with your order sooner.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges are dealt with on an individual basis. I strive to make sure that all of my products are of the highest quality that you deserve and expect that way there is never a need for a refund or exchange. However, if there is a flaw with any item that you receive, please notify me with in 2 days of recieving your order. I will be sure to either refund or exchange it as necessary.

Please don't hesitate to contact me about anything! Open communication is the key for a smooth transaction. If you are wanting a custom order that is great I love doing them, just please try to be as desciptive as possible so we are on the same page when it comes to styles and colors. If you have a certain outfit or fabric you are trying to match feel free to email me a picture.
