My goal is to treat my customers with the respect and quality of items that I would expect as a buyer. I want our experience with each other to be a great one!

Payment

I accept PayPal and POSTAL money orders.

Payment with PayPal is expected immediately upon purchase.
POSTAL money order payments should be received within 5 days.

If payment is not received within these time frames, sale will be cancelled and relisted.

Shipping

I will ship within 5 days either USPS Priority mail or UPS Ground depending on size and distance.

Refunds and Exchanges

I accept returns only if item has been grossly misrepresented.
Item must be returned to me within 7 days of receipt. Refund for purchase price only.

Sorry, I cannot accept returns on personalized items.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Insurance is not required, but I cannot be responsible for what happens with a package once it leaves my hands.

I will joyfully consider any Alchemy or custom orders. Please convo me ... we'll talk.
