Welcome

Lavender Knoll was started by me, Jennifer Froebel. I have a passion for gardening, especially medicinal herbs. In my early years as a new mother I discovered alternative ways of relaxation and healing for myself and my family. Lavender has always brought a deep joy to me and connects me to my English, Italian, and New England roots where herbs were once and may still be, a way of life.

Payment

Although I do take paypal, of course a money order is fine.
All money orders must be made out to Jennifer Froebel and I will provide the address for you.

Shipping

Lavender will be shipped in recycled cardboard tubes. All other items will be wrapped carefully and shipped via first class mail, unless you'd like me to ship it via UPS, then that would cost a bit more.Tracking #'s provided on request. Shipping can be combined only if you contact me ahead of time. Thanks.

Refunds and Exchanges

Of course if you're not happy, please ship the item back for a full refund.
