NEWS - I have decided to change to a different username: ThornTree. I will be shifting my shop over to that username over the next month or so.

Welcome to ThornyArt! I am Kate Thornton and I love to create things! I hope that you find many pieces of art and craft in my shop that you love and if you don't, please convo me and challenge me to create something unique and new.

All my creations are made and stored in a smoke and pet free environment. If you have any concerns about other allergies, please convo me!

Payment

For payment of your Kate Thornton creation:
I accept PayPal (preferred), Money Orders and Personal Checks.

I will generally ship your item within 48 hours after payment is received.

I will send you an email or convo when I have shipped your item, including delivery confirmation number if it is shipped with Priority Mail.

Note: If you are paying with Personal Check - I can only ship after the check has cleared the bank.

Shipping

I happily ship anywhere in the world.

For US bound purchases, I prefer to use USPS either First Class or Priority shipping depending upon the size of the parcel. For items over $50 in value I will also provide insurance at no extra charge.

For international postage, delivery confirmation is unavailable. However, I will add insurance for packages over $50 in value. I believe in ethical business conduct, so please do not ask me to provide inaccurate information on customs forms.

By default, I include a copy of the Etsy invoice with each package. If you would prefer that I not waste the paper and ink, please let me know either in convo or in message to the seller and I will not include it in the package.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me within 3 days of receiving your package to arrange return.

Purchase price of the item will be refunded once the item has been returned but shipping cost will not be refunded.

Returned packages must have Insurance and Delivery Confirmation.
You are responsible for return shipping cost with Insurance and Delivery Confirmation.

The returned item must be in the condition in which it was received. I cannot give a full refund for an item that is of less quality than I sent it, nor can I resell an item that has been used or damaged.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Alchemy and custom orders are always welcome. Simply convo me and we can begin to plan your original creation. There is never an obligation to purchase the item if you do not like the finished piece.

If you are interested in a wholesale or consignment arrangement, please contact me and we can discuss the details.

For all custom work: Please do not ask me to create anything illegal, hateful, pornographic or otherwise inappropriate. It is important to me that I maintain an ethical approach to my art.
