Payment

I accept PayPal only. I'll consider other payment methods on a case-by-case basis, so drop me a line before you buy if you just absolutely can't use PayPal.

Please pay ASAP! If I don't receive your payment within three days of the time you order, I will be forced to cancel your order, which I don't want to do. I know weird things happen, so if you can't make the three day deadline, drop me a line and we'll work something out.

Shipping

I ship, at a minimum, standard US Postal Service parcel rate (First Class for flat items), but am willing to upgrade to other methods if you're willing to cover the cost. If you want a different shipping method, drop me a note before you order and we'll figure out the cost.

I ship most items within 48 hours of receiving payment. Some items are printed on demand and shipping times are noted in the listings if they are longer than the standard two days. I will send you an email when your item ships.

I'm happy to ship internationally on a case-by-case basis, but please contact me ahead of time so we can figure out a shipping charge (it will be whatever it costs me to package and mail).

Refunds and Exchanges

I will accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the original shipping date of an item. All refunds and exchanges must be in the original condition (unworn with tag still attached for t-shirts).

Returns will be refunded for the purchase price minus the cost of shipping. Refunds will be issued once I receive the returned item in original condition.

Exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis. (With the recycled shirts, my stock of sizes and colors is unpredictable, but I'm happy to try.) Exchanges will incur an additional shipping charge at the same rate as the original shipment.

Exchanges and returns are a pain, so if you have any questions about an item, let me know before you buy!

Because my items are made one at a time by hand (and often on recycled shirts), they are full of individuality. I love the quirks and want you to love them too, so I'm happy to answer questions or send additional pictures or measurements.

If something arrives damaged or is lost in the mail, contact me and we'll work something out that leaves us both happy.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I work in a cat-friendly environment, and while I do my best to keep her out of my work area and remove any accidental cat evidence from everything I ship, if you are allergic to cats it's worth noting that there is a cat in my house. (Everything I make is 100% smoke free, however.)

Biking is awesome, especially in the winter!
